  1. Download and register on the Finex Money App
  2. Log in and select "Order Bank Card" on the home screen
  3. Make a payment through Pay@ into your Wallet (R130 for cash payment, R195 for online payment)
  4. For card delivery to your door with PUDO, supply your residential address OR Select a PUDO box for locker pickup
  5. A Finex Money agent can issue you a card manually, contact support to enquire about an agent near you
  1. Open the Finex Money App
  2. On the "Login" page, select the "Forgot Pin" option and enter your security password (set during registration)
  3. Follow the prompts to reset your PIN.
Register at the Mid or Full FICA level to enable EFT payments to any bank in South Africa
Required documents:
Mid FICA: SA ID or Foreign Passport + permit, or Asylum Seeker document (no proof of address)
Full FICA: SA ID + proof of address, or Foreign Passport + permit + proof of address, or Asylum Seeker document + proof of address
  1. Open the Finex Money App
  2. Go to the "Security" section from the home screen. Under Settings, select "Deregister Device"
  3. Enter your Finex Money PIN to confirm and once completed, you can log in on a new device
